Terms of Service

These terms govern lawn and property maintenance services provided by Lawns by Timmy ("we," "us," or "our") in Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding Broward County areas. By requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide recurring lawn mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and related property maintenance. Additional services such as core aeration, shrub and bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups are available and quoted separately.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are based on the property information you provide and satellite measurement of the lot.
- If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will contact you before performing work at a revised price.
- Lawns that have gone more than 10 days without service may require a one-time catch-up cut, priced separately.
Scheduling and access
- Service is performed on a recurring schedule assigned by route and geography. We will tell you your service day.
- You are responsible for providing access to the property, including unlocking gates.
- Gates must be at least 36 inches wide for our equipment. If we cannot access an area, we will service what we can reach.
- Pets must be secured indoors during your scheduled service window. We cannot service a yard with an unsecured animal present.
- Service may be rescheduled for severe weather, and will be performed at the next available opportunity.
Payment
A valid payment card on file is required before your first visit. No service is scheduled without a card on file.
- Your card is charged automatically after each completed service, or on the billing cycle stated in your quote.
- Card information is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- If a payment fails, service may be paused until the balance is resolved.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring service at any time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled visit. Service already performed is payable in full. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
Satisfaction
If something about a visit is not right, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to correct it at no charge.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send service-related text messages including appointment reminders, service alerts, and billing confirmations. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for the work we perform. We are not responsible for damage to items left in the service area that were not disclosed to us, including irrigation heads, low-voltage lighting, pet stakes, decorative items, or invisible fence wiring that is not clearly marked. Please mark or remove these before your service day.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
